Intimations from teachers about upcoming leave — visible to the whole team; only the President, VP, Secretary, or Joint Secretary can acknowledge one.

The Expense Log is only visible to the Treasurer and President — tracking vendor payments (venue, exam fees, curriculum, insurance) separately from staff/volunteer reimbursements.

Payment Tracking is only visible to the Treasurer and President — confirming registration payments independently of when a student gets enrolled.

Budget vs. Actual is only visible to the Treasurer and President.

The Financial Report is only visible to the Treasurer and President.

Bank Reconciliation is only visible to the Treasurer and President.

Submitting a budget to the Board is only available to the Treasurer and President.

Per bylaws §2.4.1, purchases under $200 are ExCo's own call — logged here, no Board vote needed. $200 and above go to the Board. Visible to you and the President only.

You can only see your own submissions here, plus the President can see everyone's — only the Board can approve or reject.

Requests sent in by outside vendors who want to market to the school or its students, through the public form on the Contact page. Only the Board of Trustees votes on them. The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer can mark an obvious junk or spam request, which removes it from the Board’s queue.

Bylaws changes are proposed by the ExCo or the TAC, not by trustees. Your proposal goes straight to the Board of Trustees for a vote (2/3 majority). Once approved, the Admin publishes the updated bylaws.
